We would love feedback from any clinician who wants to try out the Sensation and Pain Rating Scale (SPARS). Print a copy of the SPARS and its accompanying instructions from this link and use the physical print-outs with your patients.
We are interested in ALL feedback, from patients and from clinicians, but we ask the clinicians to fill out this form.
This is not a formal research project. You are helping us out of the goodness of your heart and there is no direct benefit to you, aside from trialling the SPARS! In this form, we ask you for your name and email address, so we can contact you to clarify things. HOWEVER< if you don’t want to share name and email that is completely OK too. We will never distribute your contact details to any other organisation.
